Our officers meet you at an agreed point, help you with arrival or departure paperwork, guide you through the administrative queues, walk you to the immigration line, and handle baggage. Depending on what you booked, that may also include Visa on Arrival counter assistance, lounge access, meet and assist, protocol or porter support.
Every service is quoted per booking, in USD, indicative for 2026, and confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before any payment. Once the written quote is agreed, nothing outside it is charged. Payment is arranged after you hold that quote, never before. See how a quote is built.
The Indonesian Visa on Arrival fee of IDR 500,000 is an official government charge you pay in cash at the counter. It is not our fee, we do not collect it, and it is never merged into our quote.
If the details you give us are wrong and the officer cannot find you or cannot work with the flight, the service is treated as delivered.
The cancellation terms for your booking are written into your quote before you pay. The principles behind them — earlier notice means less is held, flight delays are rescheduled without penalty, peak-season deposits are the least flexible — are set out on our cancellation page.
We are responsible for the service we agreed to provide, and our liability is limited to the value of that service as stated in your written quote. We are not liable for airline delays or cancellations, immigration or customs outcomes, weather, port or road conditions, missed connections caused by third parties, or loss arising from documents that were incomplete or incorrect when you gave them to us.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Indonesian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Komodo Airport is a working, regulated facility. Our officers follow the instructions of airport and government staff at all times, and so must you. We may stop a service without refund if a guest behaves unlawfully or puts staff or other passengers at risk.

We may update this page. The version that governs your booking is the one in force on the date your written quote was confirmed.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are dealt with by the Indonesian courts. Before anything reaches that stage, message us — most problems are solved in the same WhatsApp thread they started in.
