What we collect

Contact details — the name, WhatsApp number and email address you use to reach us.
Travel details — flight number, date, direction, party size, hotel or port, and anything you tell us that changes the handling (mobility assistance, infants, oversized luggage, group leaders).
Identity documents — passport details only where the service you booked needs them, for example Visa on Arrival counter assistance or airport processing that requires passenger identification.
Your messages — the WhatsApp thread or email exchange that carries your quote and your confirmation. This is the record of what was agreed.
Website usage — standard analytics about pages viewed and how visitors arrive, collected through cookies. This is aggregate traffic measurement, not an attempt to identify you.

Why we collect it

To quote your service, to meet the right person off the right flight, to complete the administrative steps at the terminal, and to keep a record of what was agreed and what was paid. That is the whole purpose. We do not build marketing profiles from booking data.

Who sees it

The officer and coordinator assigned to your booking.
Airport, airline, lounge or immigration counter staff, where the service you booked requires your details to be presented to them.
Operational teams within Komodo Luxury and Juara Holding Group, where your booking involves a service run by one of them.
Payment providers, for the transaction itself.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking records and the message thread that carries the quote are kept as the commercial record of the service. Identity documents supplied for a specific counter procedure are kept only as long as that booking and its record require.

Your choices

Email sales@komodoluxury.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to keep the parts of a record required for accounting or for a service already delivered, and we will tell you plainly if that is the case.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics — measuring which pages are read and where visitors come from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

Security

Booking conversations stay in the channels you started them in — WhatsApp and email. We ask you not to send passport images or payment details to any number or address other than the ones published on this site: +62 811-3810-5742 and sales@komodoluxury.com.
