Komodo Fast Track is an airport service. Everything described here happens inside or just outside the terminal at Komodo Airport (LBJ) in Labuan Bajo, Flores — the arrival hall, the immigration and visa-on-arrival counters, the check-in row, the security screening point, the lounge, and the kerb where your car is waiting. Boats, dive sites and Komodo National Park itineraries are not ours. The park is reachable only by sea, and it is run by operators who work on the water rather than at the terminal.
Almost every request we receive falls into one of two groups. The site is organised to match that, rather than to look broader than it is.

Everything wrapped around the paperwork: a greeter waiting at an agreed meeting point, baggage carried, lounge access while you wait, coordination between a late flight and whoever is holding your onward car or boat, and discreet close protection for guests who travel with it.
An officer from our team waits at the meeting point with your name. From there they carry the administrative load: forms completed correctly the first time, the right counter joined in the right order, questions from staff translated and answered, luggage moved, and your onward driver or crew told where you are and roughly how long you are likely to be.
The formal steps themselves — immigration, customs, security screening — belong to the airport and to government officers. We have no authority over those decisions and claim none. Our officer stands with you through each step, explains what is being asked and why, and keeps the rest of your day moving while you deal with it. That is a real service, and it is worth describing precisely, because a version of it sold with a guaranteed clearance time is promising something nobody at LBJ controls. How long a queue takes on a given morning is set by flight loads and counter staffing. We do not put a number on it.
